Wedding Dance Workshop
Learn to dance for your wedding!
This two hour workshop offers a”crash course” in designing your wedding first dance. It is also suitable for couples who have little or no dance experience and would like to learn to dance for a special event or just for fun!
In this specialized workshop you will learn the basic dance hold, some key principles of dance and posture, some basic dance steps you can incorporate into your dance, how to lead and follow and some choreographed sequences. You will feel confident and better prepared for your first dance.
Cost: $50 per couple
When and Where: Sunday March 16th at 1pm until 3pm at Dovercourt House, 805 Dovercourt Road. Dovercourt House is close to Ossington subway station. Also: Sunday April 6th Sunday May 11th and Sunday June 8.
Who should join: This workshop is perfect not only for wedding couples and wedding party members, also great for anyone looking to improve their dancing for a special event. Space is limited. Don’t miss out!
What to wear: Dress comfortably. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, with soles that don’t stick on a wood floor. No backless shoes (your foot needs to be secure in your shoe).
What to bring: Just a positive attitude.
