What is Qi Tone & Dance?

Qi Tone & Dance is a unique full-body workout that blends strength training, qigong, and dance to tone your body, boost your energy, and enhance your mental wellbeing.

Expect a mix of squats, lunges, ab and arm exercises designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, while leaving you feeling revitalized.

Throughout the class, qigong and mindfulness practices help you connect with your body, calm your nervous system, release tension, and support healing.

A dance component adds fun and cardiovascular benefits, featuring easy, feel-good routines—mostly to upbeat pop music. (Some of you may recognize choreography from my Zumba classes!)

This is a comprehensive, one-stop workout that combines multiple fitness elements. The class is done standing—no mat or equipment required. Comfortable training or running shoes are recommended.
