What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing techniques, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as qi (or chi). It is a mind-body practice that supports physical health, reduces stress, and promotes overall wellbeing.
What is Qi Tone & Dance?
Qi Tone & Dance is my signature fitness method that combines strengthening exercises, Qigong-inspired movement, and dance fitness into one uplifting full-body practice.
How often are new classes added?
New content is added regularly as the studio continues to grow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time.
How long are the classes?
Classes range from shorter sessions to full-length workouts, so you can choose what fits your schedule and energy levels.
Do I need any special equipment?
No.
What do I wear?
Wear clothes you can sweat in and feel comfortable in. Most classes can be done in running shoes or cross trainer or barefoot on a mat.
Can I access the classes on my phone, tablet, or computer?
Yes. You can access the Online Wellness Studio from any device with an internet connection.
