ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness class.

Classes are taught by Popi Spyridis who is a certified ZUMBA® instructor.  Zumba is some of the most fun Popi has ever had and knows you will love it too. Who knew getting in shape could be so easy and FUN!

You don’t need to have any dance experience – just follow the instructor, listen to the music and have fun.

Space is limited so registration is advised to ensure your place in class.

FIRST TIMERS: Please ARRIVE EARLY.  You will be asked to fill out a PAR-Q form before your first class.

Late arrivals will not be permitted to participate in class.

What to Wear / Bring:  Wear clothes you can sweat in, good supportive shoes – cross-trainers, or dance-specific sneakers are ideal, and bring water.  Make sure you are hydrated before the class and be prepared for a FUN work out!

$15 per class

Special Offer:  $40 for 4 classes in May (can only be used in May 2012 and must be paid in advance online) – can be used for any Zumba class during the month of May at both locations.
